Information
Since 1945, the Académie Charpentier has trained, across its various graduating classes, talented individuals from all the disciplines taught by the school—design, interior architecture, and artistic creation—thereby building a strong network of professionals with diverse backgrounds.
Today, this network includes more than 15,000 alumni around the world, whose careers—spanning nearly 80 years—actively contribute to the Academy’s reputation and influence.
Why is a strong alumni network an asset?
- It illustrates the variety of possible career paths: agencies, interior design, decoration, set design, freelance work, etc.
- It provides a network of professional contacts, which is often essential for internships, collaborations, and job opportunities.
- It is a testament to the longevity and quality of our education: the success of our alumni is the school’s best ambassador.
Testimonial
My years of training at the Académie Charpentier represented, for me, a true transformation, both personally and creatively. The school’s intimate, family-like atmosphere allowed my sensitivity to fully emerge, and the diversity of the teaching staff enriched me with a wide range of skills and fostered an increasingly critical eye.The interpersonal exchanges, workshops, and various partnerships allowed me to refine my thinking about each project and, year after year, to assert my creative identity. It was a comprehensive journey of growth and training which, combined with an internship at an agency, only served to confirm my desire to pursue a career that is, above all, a true passion.
