Every year, the Académie Charpentier welcomes groups of students from international partner universities—particularly from China—for customized programs designed in close collaboration with their home institutions.

These customized academic programs, taught in English, combine design courses, hands-on workshops, professional field trips, and cultural excursions, offering a complete immersion in the world of French design and interior architecture in Paris.

Under the guidance of professional instructors and practicing designers, participants discover French teaching methods and creativity, while developing an international approach to design and a better understanding of contemporary trends.

The Academy designs these programs based on educational objectives, duration, and the participants’ skill levels—whether it’s a two-week intensive workshop or an academic program lasting several months.

Each experience is designed to serve as a bridge between cultures and expertise, inviting students to enrich their educational journey, broaden their perspective on the profession, and expand their international network.
