The third year of the partnership between the Académie Charpentier and the ICADE Group.

Olivier Guillouet, Director of Development at ICADE Commercial Real Estate, explains to the students in the model room the assignment they will be given.

For the third consecutive year, the ICADE Group—a real estate company specializing in office and healthcare properties and a developer of residential housing, commercial facilities, and public infrastructure—has renewed its partnership with the Académie Charpentier.

ICADE designs, builds, manages, and invests in cities, neighborhoods, and buildings that are innovative, diverse, inclusive, connected, and have a reduced carbon footprint. Eager to create places where people can enjoy living, residing, and working, ICADE once again sought to draw on the expertise of our fourth-year students in the Interior Architecture—Responsible and Sustainable Design program by entrusting them with a new project, supervised by a highly qualified professor of architecture and design: to renovate a hotel located in Paris’s 19th arrondissement.

The Academy’s students have 12 weeks to submit to ICADE a set of formalized and cost-estimated design proposals that comply with all regulatory requirements and the Group’s expectations, in accordance with detailed specifications provided to them during their first site visit. They will present their projects to a jury composed of ICADE employees next January.
