Selection Committee for the Icade/Académie Charpentier Partnership Projects
For the third consecutive year, the Icade Foncière Tertiaire Group has entrusted our fourth-year students with a project—this year, the design of the lobby for a 4-star hotel to be built in the immediate suburbs of Paris.
After four months of preparation, working in pairs, the students at the Académie Charpentier presented their project to a jury composed of five company employees, including Icade’s director of urban planning, the director of operational marketing, and the real estate development manager…
The proposed projects, all of which received praise, will be forwarded to the group’s executive management, and the winning project will be submitted to the client, in this case the Hilton Group.
