The Charpentier Academy is Qualiopi-certified.

A testament to the quality of the initiatives that contribute to skills development.

The Charpentier Academy has just obtained Qualiopi certification for its training programs (L. 6313-1 – 1°) and its programs for the recognition of prior learning, under the conditions set forth in Book IV (L. 6313-1 – 3°)

This certification attests that the services provided by the Académie Charpentier have been evaluated and found to comply with the criteria set forth in the certification standards (National Standards for the Quality of Initiatives Contributing to Skills Development) and with the certification program in effect as of the date of issuance of this certificate.

This framework is organized around seven quality criteria:
1. Provision of information to the public regarding the services offered, the timeframes for accessing them, and the results achieved.
2. Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and tailoring of these services to the target audiences during the design phase.
3. Tailoring services and the procedures for intake, support, monitoring, and evaluation to the target audiences.
4. Ensuring that educational, technical, and supervisory resources are appropriate for the services provided.
5. Qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of staff responsible for delivering the services.
6. The service provider’s integration into and engagement with its professional environment.
7. Collection and consideration of feedback and complaints from stakeholders regarding the services provided.
